Printed by Thomas De La Rue (TDLR), this note forms part of the 2018 definitive series depicting Queen Elizabeth II on the front and a lively reef fish scene on the back. The design reflects the Cayman Islands’ maritime environment and national identity, integrating strong color contrasts and detailed line engraving.
This variety carries prefix D/7 and includes the turtle watermark with electrotype 'CIMA', microprinted borders, and a windowed security thread. The serial font and printing alignment remain consistent with the first D/6 prefix issue but belong to a subsequent production batch.
