The face preserves the complete 50 Zlotych design prepared for the National Bank of Poland, with the portrait of King Casimir III the Great, the Polish eagle, the denomination PIĘĆDZIESIĄT ZŁOTYCH, the large 50 value device at left, the National Bank of Poland title, and the Warsaw date of 25 March 1994. The printed signatures are those of Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz, President of the National Bank of Poland, and Wieslaw Biernatowicz, Chief Treasurer.

Poland 1940 - 20 Zlotych, Series N WWII London Counterfeit (Pick 95b)

Only two series are known to fall into this counterfeit-linked category, making authentic survivors extremely difficult to locate. This example, graded PMG 64 Choice Uncirculated, is an unusually high-grade representative of the type. The note displays excellent embossing, original surfaces, and vivid color, all preserved in a holder that formally notes the WWII LC attribution.
