Honduras 1863 - 5 Pesos Treasury Bond Vale de Hacienda República Libre, Soberano e Independiente (Pick 7)

The obligation text specifies that under the decree of 2 March 1863 the revenue administrations of the state would accept the certificate as effective payment in ordinary fiscal transactions for the amount of five pesos loaned to the government.
