Interior pages contain pre-ruled instalment boxes, each originally intended to hold Singer’s proprietary fiscal adhesives. These are fully present: multiple green 50-mills 'Marque de Contrôle / The Singer Manufacturing Co.' revenue stamps, each with serial numbers and the bilingual French-Arabic inscription. Every stamp is tied with purple-violet dated cancellations, the majority reading 1931, with several entries also bearing manuscript dates in Arabic script (e.g., 1-9-31, 3-10-31). Egypt 1925 - Government Internal Fraud Certificate With Full Pane of Six King Fouad Five Milliemes Revenues

Its most striking feature is the complete booklet pane of six 5-millieme King Fouad revenue stamps affixed together, fully intact and without separation. Government offices almost always detached individual stamps for fee payment, making the survival of a full booklet pane on a working document exceptionally rare. The pane remains in its original 2-by-3 configuration with uniform perforations and complete margins, showing that it was removed as a single unit from a revenue booklet rather than assembled from loose singles. All six stamps bear full manuscript cancellation across their surfaces, and the entire pane is additionally tied by a large circular ministry seal in violet, overlapping both the adhesives and the underlying paper.

Page one contains the consular-facing administrative layer: multi-value Italian revenue adhesives, Egyptian consular stamps, foreign-ministry validations, and court certifications. Affixed along the left margin is a vertical sequence of Marca da Bollo stamps, including a 10 centesimi blue adhesive with portrait medallion, a pair of 1 lira purple adhesives, and a larger high-value adhesive used for elevated consular fees. All are tied with deep purple and blue circular datestamps, confirming contemporaneous use. Below them appears the green embossed circular seal of the Regio Consolato d'Italia in Egitto, bearing the royal arms and surrounding Italian legend, followed by multiple Cairo and Siracusa cancellations validating the movement of the document across jurisdictions.

Affixed at the upper left are two examples of Egypt’s First-Issue adhesive revenues: one 1 millieme (UNE PIASTRE) and one 2 milliemes (DEUX PIASTRES), printed in green with the large central oval framing the Khedivial tughra and the GOVERNMENT OF EGYPT bilingual banner. Both stamps remain fresh in color, retaining full perforations. Each is tied to the paper by a clear magenta manuscript cancellation across the top ("١٩٠٧"), a style used only during the earliest months of adhesive fiscal use. The cancellation touches the design but preserves all internal details of the frame and value tablets.
