Original 1931 Singer Sewing Machine Company service and instalment booklet issued in Cairo, printed on tan card stock with the standard Singer Manufacturing Company masthead, including the New York parent company reference at top. The front cover shows the booklet form number 'Form. 60/c. (30000 - 2.31)' and a small Singer Sewing Machines trade-mark medallion at upper left. Branch name and contract number are filled in in large manuscript ink, along with the hirers’ names recorded in flowing early-20th-century Arabic and English script. Combined with its intact pane of revenues, original clerk annotations, and full circular ministry cancellation, this certificate stands as one of the strongest surviving Egyptian fiscal artifacts from the mid-1920s. It is a museum-grade example of internal administrative practice during the reign of King Fouad I and an extraordinarily rare instance of a complete booklet pane used on an active government file rather than preserved in philatelic hands.

Page two carries the full formal notarial preamble beneath the printed seal of the Kingdom of Italy-a seated allegorical Italia figure within an octagonal frame, emblematic of Italian state authority in the liberal-monarchical era of Vittorio Emanuele III. The repertory number, dated introduction, and invocation formula reflect standard Italian notarial structure of the period, referencing the reigning sovereign, the national legal order, and the delegated power of the notary. The transcript includes detailed identification of the declarants, their professions, residence, civil status, and testimony. The calligraphy is precise and evenly spaced, showing the hallmarks of an original notarial transcription rather than a later clerical duplicate.

Affixed at the upper left are two examples of Egypt’s First-Issue adhesive revenues: one 1 millieme (UNE PIASTRE) and one 2 milliemes (DEUX PIASTRES), printed in green with the large central oval framing the Khedivial tughra and the GOVERNMENT OF EGYPT bilingual banner. Both stamps remain fresh in color, retaining full perforations. Each is tied to the paper by a clear magenta manuscript cancellation across the top ("١٩٠٧"), a style used only during the earliest months of adhesive fiscal use. The cancellation touches the design but preserves all internal details of the frame and value tablets.
