This uncut vertical pair of Government of Mauritius 1 Rupee remainder notes is printed on ND (1940) paper and cataloged as Pick 26r1, the remainder form of the Pick 26 issue. Preserved as two complete connected impressions, the piece retains their original vertical sheet relationship, the unprinted gutter between the notes, substantial outer margins, and a particularly broad blank sheet margin above the upper impression. United States 1902 – 20 Dollars Large Size Plain Back National Bank Note – The First National Bank of Taylorville, Illinois Charter 3579 (Fr.650-652)

Production details for this charter are instructive. The bank’s large-size notes were printed in 3x10-20 sheet layouts, with one twenty paired to three tens, which inherently limited the number of twenties produced relative to tens. By the time the Series 1929 conversion began, Taylorville closed so early that its small-size allocation was essentially not issued, making any note from this charter-large or small-important for state and national collections alike. The shared BE prefix and numbering characteristics identify all three impressions as the Miłczak 99b variety. United States 1838 - Olney, Alabama 25 Cents, 50 Cents, 1 Dollar Uncut Sheet Remainder

This uncut sheet represents a remainder issue of fractional and small denomination notes associated with Olney, Alabama, dated 1838. Comprising three vertically arranged designs of twenty five cents, fifty cents, and one dollar, the sheet was never placed into circulation and survives as a production remnant rather than an issued monetary instrument. With only remainders and a small number of falsely completed examples known, the original issuing authority of the Olney notes remains uncertain, and may not have existed as a formal banking institution.
